Educational Effectiveness Group
is a consulting, coaching, and teaching practice that helps educators solve schools' biggest problems, from the inside out.
Providing strategies and solutions for improving teaching and learning,
we serve all education agencies-- schools, districts, colleges, and state departments. For more than 25 years, our team has provided consultations, solutions,

Our Services
STATE & DISTRICT
CONSULTING
We help state and local education leaders and policymakers address systemic issues that perpetuate learning gaps, inequity, ineffective practices, and teacher turnover.

SCHOOL - BASED
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
We show school leaders how to get everyone in the building effectively engaged in advancing the mission, removing hindrances to teaching and learning, and improving school climate and culture.
TEACHER EDUCATION ASSISTANCE
We help classroom teachers and their mentors improve instruction, implement cultural responsiveness,
build stronger relationships with students and their families, and increase professional collaboration
in person and online.

AWOL
CLASSROOM
TM
While many new teachers can assert their readiness, most share uncertainty about their effectiveness in the first year. AWOL Classroom, a residency and induction program, helps more fully engage teacher candidates and novice teachers in effective instructional practice, both in person and online.

The EEG Philosophy
When everybody takes ownership of equitable learning, schools
improve. When principals lead with courage and teachers teach students (not just the content), learning gaps decrease, culture changes, and
schools become more effective.
