It's time to
get your
LIFEwork
done!
life, career, and
leadership coaching
Before I can tell my life what I want to do with it,
I must listen to my life telling me who I am... I must listen for the truths and values at the heart...
Parker Palmer, Let Your Life Speak
Life is a workbook!
Lifework is two-fold. Part one is working on your own life and getting yourself together. Part two is the vocation, the calling, the giving back. It's what you contribute to someone else's life. You must be equally committed to both parts. This requires diligence, consistency, a servant's heart, and proper planning. What is your plan? Leaders plan.
Life is a journey!
Your life is going somewhere, with or without a plan. If you want growth and success in your personal and professional life, you must be willing to go after what you want. The journey has a destination. You must listen to your life speak, do your lifework, and work your plan in pursuit of your intended outcome. That destination you have in mind, will not be reached without your consistent pursuit. What lifework or career are you pursuing? Leaders pursue.
I can help you with your lifework!
I understand how the leadership game and the ladder climb can disrespect your purpose. I also understand the delicate balance between career and personal responsibilities, goals, and dreams. I have written publications on wholeness, personal development, leadership, and faith. I have coached many people through the lifework process at home, at work, at school and even at church. Do you need a lifework coach? Leaders have a coach.
I am here to "think" with you!
I realize you sometimes feel like no one really gets you, except for a few like-minded friends or colleagues. As you work through who you really are, what you want to accomplish in life, and what you can do to not only show up in the world but really change it, I'm here for you. Sometimes you just need a future-focused thinking partner to help you co-create what tomorrow could be, especially when the people around you are so... yesterday! Leaders invest in themselves.
